How is the AI Concierge different from hourly consulting?
Hourly consulting is for a specific problem you want solved or a roadmap you need built. The Concierge is ongoing: we work on your bottleneck every month, so the systems compound instead of arriving as a one-time plan you have to implement alone.
What is the difference between the virtual and on-site Concierge?
Virtual is ongoing and compounding. We meet twice a month, fix the current bottleneck, and the systems stack up over time. On-site is concentrated: I come to you for focused days with your team in the room, which works better when several people need to be trained at once or when you want a major system built in one push.
What do I actually walk away with?
Working systems your team runs without me: the workflows, the prompts, the automations, and the documentation to keep using them. The goal is that the engagement ends and the systems do not.
How is this different from hiring an AI agency?
An agency runs the work for you and owns the system. I build the system with your team so they own it. You keep the workflows, the prompts, and the institutional knowledge when the engagement ends.
Do I need technical people on my team?
No. Most of what we build runs in tools your marketers already use, plus Claude and a handful of automation platforms. Where something needs engineering, we scope it clearly rather than pretending it is a no-code problem.
How do engagements start?
